About the Role

Mining Supervisor (OCE) – Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the role will require you to oversee and manage mining crews, conduct Statutory Inspections, monitor and record performance data.

About You / Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• Current NSW Practicing Certificate.
• Sound understanding of heavy truck or excavator operations and drill and blast activities.
• Proven leadership experience in open cut mining operations.
• Sound knowledge of NSW WH&S Legislation.
• An exceptional commitment to safety.
• Flexibility with work hours and ability to work rosters including rotational and night shifts.
• Proficient computer literacy and experience in data management tools.
