Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

As of 05th May, 2026, Breight Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to ensure the successful delivery of work in Karratha, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Effectively organise and oversee personnel, equipment, and machinery to optimise productivity.
• Plan project activities and coordinate the necessary resources and materials for each job.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure all schedules and operational requirements are met.
• Ensure team members understand organisational goals, know their role in achieving them, and remain focused on developing and delivering their individual plans.

About You / Requirements

• WA Electrical License
• Perth WA Point of Hire
• S26 Certification
• CPR/ LVR (within 12 months)
• First Aid (within 3 years)
• Valid Construction White Card
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• EWP License (desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, along with a drug and alcohol screening.
