We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Training Coordinator to join our maintenance team at Middlemount Mine. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with frontline crews, supporting workforce capability, and helping maintain a safe and compliant operation.

About the Role

You will play a key role in coordinating and supporting training activities across the maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating site inductions for new starters
• Managing training compliance and training records
• Organising and coordinating maintenance-based training
• Brake testing
• Overhead crane
• Working at heights
• Other mandatory site competencies
• Liaising with trainers, supervisors, and employees to schedule training activities
• Supporting workforce capability and compliance requirements
• Assisting with documentation, reporting, and training systems administration

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a training coordination role within mining or heavy industry
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating site-based training and competencies
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training management systems
• Current Driver’s Licence
