• Roster: 5/4/4/5 rotating day and night shift roster
• Location: Boundary Hill, QLD
• Pay Rate: $78.00 per hour + super paid on all rostered hours
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys mentoring teams while remaining actively involved in maintenance activities. You’ll coordinate daily workshop and field maintenance tasks, support crew performance, and ensure equipment is maintained to a high operational standard.

About You / Requirements

• You are a trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter, Plant Mechanic, or experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic with exposure to mining equipment and leadership responsibilities.
• To be successful, you will ideally have:
  • Previous Leading Hand experience or demonstrated ability to step into leadership
  • Strong experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Sound diagnostic and fault-finding capability
  • Current Queensland Driver’s Licence
  • A proactive approach with strong communication and organisational skills
