This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Thursday on a day shift roster (40 hours per week). This role will be based at our Worsley Alumina Refinery which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes)
Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, so this role operates on a daily drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) basis. Employees are ideally located within approximately one hour’s drive of Collie.
As the Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for safely delivering scheduled maintenance and repair work in line with operational plans, while contributing to equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance on the following
- Valves and process pipework
- Pumps and pressurised vessels
- Tanks and Filtration Equipment
- Structural and hydraulic equipment
- Work using SAP instructions
- Reporting and documenting work activities to support asset history
- Supporting investigations and root cause analysis of faults
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime

The Opportunity
As the Onslow Iron Operations continues to ramp and increases their fleet of Kenworth C509s we have an immediate requirement for experienced and motivated tyre fitters looking to take their careers to the next level by working in our fast paced state of the art 2.5 Acre workshop facility equip with designated tyre fitting bays.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor You will play a crucial part within our team supporting our haulage operations by monitoring and diagnosing tyre damage and wear, removing and replacing wheels (no strip and fit required), performing emergency tyre and related repairs on our impressive fleet of Kenworth road trains. This will be a fulltime permanent position 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts, offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA.

About the Role
We are looking for a Heavy-Duty Fitter to join the Mobile Maintenance Team at our Tom Price and Wester Turner Syncline Mining Operations. These are permanent, residential positions based in Tom Price, working 4 days on, 3 nights on and 7 days off, 4 days on, 4 nights on, 6 days off.
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, scheduled and breakdown maintenance to our fleet of heavy mobile equipment. Our fleet consists of Komatsu haul trucks, CAT Dozers, Graders and Loaders along with a fleet of ancillary and pumping equipment.

Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Mobile Maintenance Teams, you will be required to:

- Conduct routine inspections of the digger fleet and determine repair action when required
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects – increasing safety whilst reducing risk & cost
- Utilise SAP to ensure that maintenance tasks are recorded, assigned correctly and completed to the relevant standard / specification

In your role your primary duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical Qualifications

- Dogging, Rigging and Forklift Licenses are desirable

We are looking for Drill Fitters to join the Mobile Maintenance Team at our Mesa J Pannawonica Operation. This is a permanent, residential position based in Pannawonica, working 4 days on, 3 nights on and 7 days off, with either a FIFO or residential option.
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, scheduled and breakdown maintenance to our fleet of heavy mobile drill equipment.

The Opportunity
Mineral Resources is actively seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team for an upcoming Greenfields construction project in the Pilbara. The project involves the development of an iron ore crushing and screening processing plant, along with all necessary non-processing infrastructure required to support the operation. - Fitting pulleys and idlers to conveyors including mechanical alignments

Mechanical Fitter | 2/2 roster
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our processing team at Wodgina, one of our owner-operated lithium mine sites. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant machinery and equipment. Your duties will also include shutdown and breakdown maintenance, as well as working closely with the Planning Team to support continuous plant reliability improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the site, which involves working with both fixed and mobile plant equipment.
We are offering full-time positions on 14 days on, 14 days off roster. These roles are Fly-In, Fly-Out from Perth, WA or Brisbane, QLD.

ABOUT WORSLEY
Our integrated Bauxite Mine, Alumina Refinery and Port Operation is creating the essential products needed for a sustainable low carbon future.
This role is a Permanent role and is DIDO to our Boddington Bauxite Mine located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).
As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Boddington.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent role DIDO from Boddington mine site.
As the Technician Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for (safely execute maintenance work within an operation area as per SAP (computerized maintenance management system) processes, maintenance schedules and work instructions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Demonstrate commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to the SAP process for work execution and capture related transactional data into the SAP system.
- Execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions as directed by the supervisor maintenance or superintendent maintenance.
- Ensure work is done to the highest standard and history is recorded in SAP notifications for future reference.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade certificate, Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (Fitter)
- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
- C class drivers license.
- SAP data entry, work order processing and warehouse functions knowledge
- High Risk Work License for Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, High Risk Basic Rigging
- Working at Heights - desirable
Qualifications for this position are:
- Accredited Working in Confined Spaces Training.
- 2 years’ experience in a relevant or equivalent role, with experience in the resource sector preferred.

About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Diesel Fitters for our Field Maintenance teams across our fly in - fly out, 8 days on 6 days off 7 nights on 7 nights off operations.
These sites include South Flank, Yandi, Jimblebar and Newman.
In your role your primary duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Preventative maintenance, repairs, attending breakdowns and running complex diagnostics/testing and fault finding of mobile fleet (specifically diggers and drills) of specialist diesel machinery & equipment of significant scale.
- Identifying and rectifying faults during inspections and following specific maintenance programs
- Daily inspections on Mobile Fleet including Liebherr 9150, R996B and 9400 Excavators and Atlas Copco Pit Viper 271 and D65 Drills
- Initiating updates to work procedures to ensure they are accurate and relevant to equipment
- Providing input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the implementing of the new initiatives in a constructive way

About You
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical/Vehicle Fitter Qualifications
- A high level of technical experience with Diggers and Drills

About the Role
We’re seeking qualified Field Service HD Fitters to join our team, performing scheduled shutdown work on large-scale excavators and drills across our Western Australia Iron Ore (WAIO) mine sites in the Pilbara Region: Jimblebar, Newman, Area C, South Flank and Yandi.
In this autonomous role, you will travel site and perform critical shutdown maintenance. You will be responsible for setting up, diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring optimal performance of heavy mobile machinery in the field.
Roster will be 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights of, FIFO form Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct major shutdown maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile mining equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify mechanical faults efficiently.
- Work in compliance with safety standards, procedures and OEM specifications.
- Work autonomously, managing on site set-up and tooling requirements.
About You:
- Trade qualified (Certificate III in Engineering - Diesel Fitter/Mechanic).
- Experience working on large mobile mining equipment (Liebherr 9800, 9400, Komatsu, Cat 6090, 7495, 6060, Hitachi EX8000, EX5600, Epiroc drills) essential.
- Previous Field Service experience.

About the role:
The Port Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintainer Fitter to join them on a 14/14 days and nights roster based at Port Hedland. Duties:
- Complete daily inspections of Port equipment and report on its condition

- Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to effectively perform the required tasks

We’re chasing a hands-on, switched-on Leading Hand Underground Fitter to join our maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to on shift, making sure our underground mobile gear runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Planner to keep downtime low and performance high.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the crew of 11 Fitters, Auto Sparkies, Drill Fitter and Apprentices and allocating tasks based on the daily plan

About the Role:
Due to continued growth, Mader are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters to join our Rostered Fixed Plant Maintenance Crews on a variety of 8/6 or 2/2 rosters!
This is a FIFO role ex. Perth - Interstate candidates considered (Must make own way to Perth).
With operations across a broad range of customers, regions and commodities, no two days are ever the same.

- Fixed Plant Maintenance - planned & unplanned including breakdown repairs

What you will be doing?
As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance crew to gain all the skills you need through on-the-job training and formal TAFE classes. You’ll learn how to maintain and troubleshoot mining equipment to minimise downtime, help keep our sites safe, clean and running smoothly, and grow your expertise in a rewarding, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Need:
- A genuine passion for learning about the heavy diesel fitting trade and a can-do attitude.
- Completed or completing your Year 12 Cert (including Maths).
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- WA Manual Driver’s License is required - or you’ll need to be able to obtain one prior to Jan 2026.
- Certificate II Pre-Apprenticeship and First Aid Cert are not essential but will be advantageous to your application.
