About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to operate an Underground Truck and provide ground support to the mining team, working across Development and Production cycles. Here’s what awaits you:
- Efficiently conducting Excavators, Face Shovels and other mobile plant activities in the Fimiston Open Pit (KCGM Superpit) to ensure that production targets are achieved in a timely and safe manner.
- Ensuring trucks are loaded correctly and to target capacity from the correct bench level and maintaining a circuit of evenly spaced trucks to ensure consistent delivery of both ore and waste.
- Working with and assisting technical staff such as Geologists and Geotechnical staff to ensure all work is carried out to the required standard and in accordance with the production schedule.
- Engaging in pre-shift work planning, ensuring work is undertaken as per the dig plan, assisting in the identification of hazards and ensuring efficient utilisation of mobile plant.
- Coordinating and managing the assigned work area directing dozers and trucks over the radio. Conducting active communications with dispatchers on ground conditions.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Experience:
Essential
- Minimum five (5) years ancillary operating experience in a hard rock mining environment.
- Minimum two (2) years shovel (five hundred (500) tonnes+) operating experience
- Strong understanding of mining sequence process and activities.
- Good computer literacy with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet applications and word processing software.
- Exposure to a range of workplace safety systems.
- Must reside locally in the Goldfields region, or willing to relocate for this residential role.
Preferred
- Five (5) years shovel operating experience.
- Attainment of Field Training certification (Field Based Training and Assessment 10235NAT)
- Attainment of S44 certification
Qualifications: Current Unencumbered Western Australian “C” Class Manual Drivers Licence.

The Opportunity
Mineral Resources is actively seeking experienced Mobile Crane Operators to join our team for an upcoming Greenfields construction project in the Pilbara.The project involves the development of an iron ore crushing and screening processing plant, along with all necessary non-processing infrastructure required to support the operation. This includes an accommodation village, on-site office complex, fuel farm, vehicle wash-down bays, and heavy vehicle maintenance workshops.
What you will be doing:
Reporting through to the Supervisor, some of your duties will include:
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Complete daily site crane inspections prior to start-up and record all findings
- Follow hand signals, radio communication, or written instructions to coordinate with riggers and site supervisors
- Observe all rigging techniques prior to performing any lift to ensure the lifting is rigged correctly and has the capacity to perform the lift safely.
- Assess the weight of all loads and ensure they are within crane capacity
- Loading and unloading trucks
- General pick and carry activities supporting larger cranes and major installations across the site
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately.

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our Supply team at Mungari. This part-time/fixed-term role is ideal for someone with strong contracts experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for flexibility in the days they work.
The position is offered on a fixed-term basis for a period of 12 months with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. The work schedule will be flexible of up to 10-hour days, 3-4 days a week and work from the mine site, home or in our town office (located centrally in Kalgoorlie). The successful candidate will be currently residing in Kalgoorlie and available to commit to 3 or 4 days per week, with preferred working days between Monday and Thursday.
Key activities/responsibilities involve:
- Support the Contracts Specialist team with tender and sourcing tasks, including administration, evaluation reports, and site inspections.
- Manage and maintain the e-tendering and contracts management system (Open Windows), including supplier documentation and reporting.
- Assist with sourcing low-value/low-risk contractual packages from tender through to execution.
- Update contract and supplier details to maintain data integrity and train end users on system use.
About you
You will have a mature and methodical approach to your work, with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in contract administration or management (mining experience not essential).
- Strong software skills including Open Windows, Pronto (desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Tertiary qualifications or Diploma in Business Administration are desirable but not essential.

This role is a Permanent position on a day shift even time sportsman’s roster, at our Boddington Bauxite Mine, which is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).
This position is a drive in drive out role with no camp facilities, however buses do run from Mandurah and Armadale.
As an Operator Senior Mine, you will be responsible for executing operation activities as directed by the Mine Services Supervisor and in accordance with BBM standards and operating procedures.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Execute development mining activities including operational tasks related to clearing, overburden stripping, ore bench preparation and rehabilitation

About the role:

Mineral Resources is actively seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our team for an upcoming Greenfields construction project in the Pilbara.The project involves the development of an iron ore crushing and screening processing plant, along with all necessary non-processing infrastructure required to support the operation. Role Details:
Reporting to the Supervisor: Underground Production, the successful incumbent of this role will be responsible for providing quality and timely underground mining support services such as air, water, ventilation, pump lines, tele-remote and electricity setups. This will assist in timely development and production to recover targeted ore to ensure operational targets are met in a safe, environmentally compliant, and efficient manner.

Duties of the role:
- Carrying out operational tasks relating to ventilation, water, power, ground support, and compressed air

- Support efficient operation by providing reliable and accurate knowledge to minimise down time
- Provide preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and organising the timely repair of operating equipment
- Action tasks in accordance with environmental policies; control, contain, clean-up and communicate all environmental spills with particular attention to oil and hydraulic leaks.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Mining Production Supervisor (Load & Ancillary), the role of Production Excavator Operator offers you the chance to hone your Digging skills in a hard rock mining environment, using a variety of selective mining techniques, and really taking ownership of your pit. As a valued member of PLS and our Mining Production team, you’ll work safely and collaboratively towards delivering targeted production outcomes and offer guidance and direction to your fellow Truck and Ancillary operators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate heavy surface mining equipment, primarily 200T+ production Excavators in a hard rock open-cut mining environment.
- Maintaining targeted dig rates, with a focus on ore hygiene and selective mining techniques.
- Effectively and efficiently manage Dump Truck cycles.
- Working in a collaborative manner with a Can-Do attitude and following industry best practices.
- Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Assist with undertaking other tasks and operating mobile machinery as required.
This is a permanent full-time role which operates on an 8/6 7/7 (Days & Nights) FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience operating 200T+ Excavators, ideally CAT 6020 Dig Units or similar, in a hard rock mining production environment.
- Experience facing-up ore and the ability to focus on hygiene when digging ore to avoid contamination.

As a key member of the team you will be responsible for operating the processing plant and associated equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner, to maximise plant performance without effecting the environment or health and safety of personnel.
This role is being offered on an 8 days on 6 days off roster FIFO from Perth.

What you will be doing:

- Operation of all processing plant equipment relating to Crushing, Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Elution, and Tails Storage Facility.
- Operate the process control systems.
- Identify and diagnose items that require preventative maintenance or repair.
- Maximise plant and equipment efficiency during production.
- Recommend and implement improvements to plant output and efficiency.
- Safely operate IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools.
- Develop and maintain and adhere to procedures to ensure timely, consistent, and efficient execution of mining plans.
About you:

- Previous operating experience in a mineral processing environment, preferably Gold
- Sound knowledge of process technologies and equipment including Citect control system
- Computing skills in word processing, spread sheets and databases

About the role
We’re on the lookout for a solid operator to join the crew as a Charge Up Operator. If you know your way around underground mining and can handle explosives safely and efficiently, this could be your next gig. You’ll be right in the thick of it, making sure charges are prepped and fired off safely in stopes and development headings – keeping the whole operation ticking along smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking care of all the shot firing and explosive handling – by the book and by the regs.
- Keeping the magazine under control and making sure re-entry procedures are followed to the letter.
- Helping out with hole casing and whatever else the Supervisor throws your way.
- Always keeping safety front and centre – for you and the crew.
- Working with the enviro team to spot and sort any environmental risks.
You’ll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with the Underground Foreman, Tech Services, Surveyors, and Maintenance teams – it’s a team effort down here.
What we’re chasing:
You’ll need to bring a strong safety mindset and a good chunk of underground experience. Here’s what we’re after:

Key Responsibilities:
- Control and operation of stockyard balance machines, crushers, screens, conveyors and associated fixed plant equipment, including inspection & checking, reporting and recording of operating parameters and other relevant information as required.

Maintenance Traineeships are a 12 month training program based at the academy in Forrestfield. Trainees study to become skilled Maintenance Associates with BHP, completing a Certificate II in Engineering – Production Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain gas reciprocating engines and power generation equipment
- Operate instrumentation and process control systems
- Undertake routine inspections and maintenance on the power station ancillary equipment
- Monitor power station operations via SCADA and other software-based systems, ensuring that the site is operating as required, including identifying any short- or long-term plant reliability issues, or improvement opportunities that may be present

This role is a Permanent position on a 4 Panel Continuous shift, DIDO to our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury and other nearby scenic communities.

Reporting to the Supervisor: Underground Production, this role is responsible for, but not limited to, the watering down and bogging of development headings and stockpiles together with loading of trucks, and ongoing road maintenance and the charging and firing of development and production headings.

About the role:
Geology Assistants perform a wide variety of tasks to support the Geology and Mining operations on site. These include:
- Completing ore mark ups – utilising a backpack sprayer and rock ink to demarcate ore and waste zones on the ground
- Ore spotting
- Collecting samples from open pit floor and stockpiles
- Diamond drill core processing, cutting and sampling
- Working alongside RC drill rigs to conduct sampling

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Mining Production Supervisor (Load & Ancillary), the role of Ancillary Operator offers you the chance to hone your production skills in a hard rock mining environment, operating a variety of mobile equipment, and really taking ownership of your role. As a valued member of PLS and our Mining Production team, you’ll work safely and collaboratively towards delivering targeted production outcomes and offer guidance and direction to your fellow Truck operators.
This is a permanent full-time role which operates on an 8/6 7/7 (Days & Nights) FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate heavy mobile equipment, primarily Track Dozers, Wheel Loaders and Graders in a hard rock open-cut mining environment.
- Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Support all Load and Haul activities in the preparation work for drill patterns, clearances of new areas and maintaining all infrastructure such as haul road intersections, waste dumps and ROM pads.
- Assist loader operators to load dump trucks maintaining optimal cycle times.
- Input production data onto daily production sheets for reporting back to the Mining Production Supervisor.
- Maintain expected standards of housekeeping in all work areas.
- Conduct machinery pre-starts on your allocated machinery to identify any faults or hazards on the machine.
- Operate your allocated machine within the machine specifications and site requirements.
- Participate in all training and development opportunities.
- Make use of the Fleet Management System that is appropriate to the machine you are operating.
- Working in a collaborative manner with a Can-Do attitude and following industry best practices.
- Assist with undertaking other tasks and operating mobile machinery as required.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience with, and sound operational understanding of ancillary mining mobile plant: Track Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Graders, Rock Breakers, Excavators, Dump Trucks, and Water Carts.
- Experience operating 200T+ Excavators in a hard rock mining production environment is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and the ability to focus on ore hygiene when operating, to avoid ore contamination.
- Experience using fleet management systems, ideally MineStar.
- You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and you’re passionate about achieving goals together.
- A flexible approach to work and helping others, including operating other machinery and regular hot seating activities.
- The ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, including nights.

What you will bring to Gold Fields:
- Previous experience operating a mineral processing plant, preferably Gold
- Sound knowledge of process technologies and equipment including Citect control system
- Proven experience within a Gold Room operation is an advantage
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- A valid manual driver’s licence
- Computing skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The Opportunity
As the Onslow Iron Operation continues to ramp up we an immediate requirement for experienced and motivated Trade Assistants to join the site based workshop ,supporting a team of Heavy Road Train Fitters , Auto Electricians & Boilermakers as they perform general servicing, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & trailer repairs to vast fleet of Kenworth C509 Road Trains.
Our state of the art 2,5 Acre Art Workshop Facility is only 12 months old, all undercover with 15 bays, This will be fulltime position on 2/1 Roster rotating between day and night shift.

About Onslow Iron
Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative tran-shipping.
Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

What you will be doing?
As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance crew to gain all the skills you need through on-the-job training and formal TAFE classes. You’ll learn how to maintain and troubleshoot mining equipment to minimise downtime, help keep our sites safe, clean and running smoothly, and grow your expertise in a rewarding, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Need:
- A genuine passion for learning about the heavy diesel fitting trade and a can-do attitude.
- Completed or completing your Year 12 Cert (including Maths).
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- WA Manual Driver’s License is required - or you’ll need to be able to obtain one prior to Jan 2026.
- Certificate II Pre-Apprenticeship and First Aid Cert are not essential but will be advantageous to your application.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operatorswith wet plant experience to join our team at Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.
The role involves rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate all plant sections, including:
- Grinding
- Flotation
- LIMS/WHIMS separation
- Thickening
- Filtration
- Control Room
- Concentrate load-out
- Tailings disposal.
- Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
- Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client.
- Participate in hazard identification, assessment, and control.
- Provide input and feedback for plant and operational improvements.
