Our Opportunity

Work Location: Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.

Roster: 8D/6R FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra

Cloudbreak is seeking an AHS Infield Builder Supervisor to lead team performance, optimise autonomous fleet utilisation, and drive safe, efficient operations using Minestar Command.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate visible safety leadership and reinforce safe behaviours
• Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs
• Coordinate rosters to ensure consistent and efficient coverage
• Oversee execution of the 24-hour operational plan
• Monitor Minestar Command to maximise safety and productivity
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance
• Promote Fortescue’s values and foster a high-performing culture

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven leadership experience in a mining or operational environment
• Strong proficiency with Minestar Command Fleet Management System
• Previous mining operator experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
