EOI - Leading Hand HD Fitter (Entry Level)

Join the Underground Maintenance team as an Entry-Level Leading Hand Fitter, while learning the role you will be responsible for completing daily servicing, repairs and maintenance to the heavy and light vehicle fleet of Sandvik DS421 & DS422i cablebolt rigs, CAT wheel loaders and Toyota Landcruisers.

About the role
* FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Laverton / Kalgoorlie
* Underground Mine in the Goldfields Region
* 2/2 roster
* Flights from Capital Cities

About you
* At least 5yrs experience as a tradesperson, preferably within an UNDERGROUND mining environment
* Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III in Mobile Plant)
* Demonstrated experience working on Sandvik Drill rigs or similar
* Experienced in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment underground
* Breakdown repairs and servicing of heavy mining equipment
* Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical systems
* Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis
* Must have completed Statutory Supervisor 26 training & exam
* Must have Australian Manual Driver's Licence
