Document Controller

Pearl Recruitment are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our client, a well-regarded consultancy supporting major players in the mining and resources sector. Based just outside Perth's CBD, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team working across multiple projects with tier-one mining clients.

About the Role:
This role focuses on document control functions across projects, management, and internal teams. You will manage document systems, ensure company documentation aligns with internal standards, and maintain compliance with document lifecycle procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company's document control system, including version control, storage, and compliance with document lifecycle procedures
• Receive, record, and distribute incoming/outgoing documentation, including creation and logging of transmittals
• Ensure accuracy, formatting, branding, and grammar of all controlled documents
• Ensure document retention, archiving, and disposal processes are followed
• Contribute to company system development and continual improvement efforts

About You:

• Previous experience in a Document Control role, ideally within mining, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary & Flexibility:

• Full-time or part-time hours available (minimum 24 hours per week)
• Pay rate will be dependent on experience and level of responsibility
• Office is centrally located near public transport, with paid onsite parking available
• Work with an established consultancy in a supportive, professional environment
