Commercial Construction Leading Hand
$100,000 - $130,000 + Super + Company Vehicle
Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (with some OT as required)
Open to Relocation

Our client is a well-established commercial and residential tiling company that delivers high-quality wall and floor tiling solutions across various projects. They are currently looking for someone to add to their Commercial team, reporting to the Project Manager.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Supervise and coordinate teams of tilers (approx. 15 - 25 tilers) across multiple projects at once.
  • Ensure tiling works are completed according to drawings, specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor site productivity, quality standards and project progress.
  • Maintain HSE compliance and promote a safe work environment across all sites.
  • Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining communication with project managers.

Other requirements include:

  • Previous tiling experience.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Current drivers licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
