IntroductionOur client, a leading major resources business with a significant project portfolio in Western Australia, is seeking experienced Document Controllers to support a range of high-profile capital and sustaining projects. These opportunities sit within a major projects environment and will suit professionals who thrive in structured, fast-paced project teams and understand the importance of accurate, timely and compliant document management.About this roleWorking as part of established engineering and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in supporting document control processes across project lifecycles, ensuring documentation is managed, tracked, issued and maintained in line with project and governance requirements. Key responsibilities
Manage project documentation in accordance with document control procedures and standards Register, track, distribute and archive incoming and outgoing project documents Maintain document control systems and ensure accuracy of metadata, revisions and workflows Liaise with engineering, project and contractor stakeholders to ensure document compliance and timely processing Support reporting, audits and document handover activities throughout the project lifecycle Read moreIs this you? Previous project document control experience Experience using document control systems such as InEight Document, Aconex, or similar Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a project environment Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills Vocational training in Records Management, Information Technology, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience will be highly regarded What we offer Work for a global mining business 12 month contract Flexibility to work from home when project commitments permit, typically one day per week Salary sacrificing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Corporate discounts
