About the Role

11th May, 2026 We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Access Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record of managing complex scaffolding and rope access projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all scaffold and rope access crews and site activities, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other contractors to meet project deadlines
• Inspect completed scaffold structures to ensure they meet engineering specifications and safety standards
• Manage equipment inventory and material procurement
• Mentor and train junior scaffolders, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism

About You / Requirements

We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. To succeed in this role your will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the access industry
• Hold and maintained IRATA Licence
• Extensive knowledge of scaffolding and IRATA systems, components, and industry regulations
• Ability to maximise productivity rates and report on production and progress.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience at Rio Tinto is highly beneficial
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with all stakeholders
• Absolute commitment to safety in everything you do
