The Opportunity

We’re partnering with leading mining contractors to recruit experienced  Underground Supervisors  for immediate starts.

• Location based in WA (FIFO + interstate options available)

• Roster: 2:2

• Competitive pay:

  • Permanent:  Up to $220k + Super

• FIFO flights covered  from major cities

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead underground crews including drillers, operators, and service teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations to meet production targets
• Leading pre-starts, crew coordination, and shift activities
• Maintaining safety standards, inspections, and incident management
• Training, mentoring, and assessing team members
• Collaborating with engineers and senior stakeholders
• Completing accurate reporting and documentation

Key Requirements

• WA:  A current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (or a directly transferable Practising Certificate).
• Proven experience supervising underground hard rock operations
• Strong focus on  safety, leadership, and crew development
• Equipment operation experience (advantageous)
