Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong Work Pack development experience to support a major project through both planning and execution phases.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved end to end, starting in our Brisbane office before transitioning to site on a 2/2 roster.

Planning Phase: Early April start | Brisbane office | Monday–Friday

Execution Phase: Mobilisation mid May | 2/2 roster

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing work packs, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensuring documentation meets safety, quality and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and review comprehensive work packs, including labour and material estimates.
  • Prepare documentation to support safe work execution within electronic permit and document control systems.
  • Support project execution activities and ensure seamless function integration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, inspection, production, logistics and scheduling teams.
  • Coordinate work pack reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with project requirements.
  • Allocate and coordinate daily work tasks during shutdown execution.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within resources, construction, shutdowns industry.
  • Demonstrated capability in work pack development.
  • Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector (highly desirable).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and high quality documentation.
  • Ability to work in both office and site based environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
