The site operates on an 8/6 roster and has a fast ‑ paced, collaborative environment that offers opportunities to lead high ‑ value structural projects that directly support safe and reliable mining operations.

Your new role

As the Structural Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering a portfolio of structural capital and maintenance projects across the site. This includes overseeing structural repairs, replacements and upgrades; ensuring engineering compliance; coordinating contractors; and maintaining the integrity of fixed infrastructure. You will take ownership of project scoping, scheduling, execution and reporting, while working closely with engineering, operations and site leadership to drive safe and on ‑ time outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Mining experience (essential)
• Underground mining exposure (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and deliver projects end ‑ to ‑ end
• Confidence managing a large and varied project workload
