Site Supervisor-S26 (Bulk Haulage)

Location: FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) - various WA mine sites
Roster: Adhoc & 2:1 available
Flights: Interstate & international flights paid

Pearl Recruitment are partnered with a WA-owned heavy haulage company to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to support FIFO Bulk Haulage operations. This is a hands-on role that requires the successful applicant to have a current S26 along with previous experience in a similar role.

1. Thunderbox (TBO) - Relief Supervisor

• 31/03/26 - 20/04/26
• 06/05/26 - 01/06/26

2. Genesis (GMD) - Supervisor (x1)

• Start: 01/04/26
• Duration: 2 months

3. Duketon - Gardenwell & Moolart Well (DUK) - Supervisor (x1)

• Start: 08/04/26
• Duration: 2 months

4. Mt Magnet (MMG) - Supervisor (x1)

• Start: 16/04/26
• Duration: 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews of Road Train Operators, Watercart, Grader & Loader Operators, Safety Personnel, and Site Administrators
• Ensure safe and efficient daily operations and production targets
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Communicate effectively to ensure a safe, productive work environment
• Provide reporting to management on haulage achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years' experience in a mine site-based haulage supervisory role
• Knowledge of load & haul, road maintenance, and transport operations
• Team player with professionalism and positive attitude
• Confident communication with employees, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Mandatory: WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Appointment (S26)
• Australian working rights
• National Police Check or ability to obtain one

• $67.50 - $72.50 per hour (depending on experience)
