Site Supervisor - Commercial

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a range of projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work and steady growth, they are now seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team. This role is suited to both experienced Supervisors and those ready to step up into their first supervisory position.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and play a key part in delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

The Role

• Supervising daily site operations across commercial projects
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
• Monitoring programme timelines and site progress
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
• Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
• Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues
• Managing site records and reporting requirements
• Attending site meetings with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial construction, ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
• Trades looking to step into a supervisory position and grow their career
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
• Reliable, organised and confident taking ownership on site
• Current driver's license
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian Working Rights
