About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership for field operations and project teams, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
You’ll manage resources, mentor staff, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Projects will vary across local and remote open-cut and u/ground mining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate tradespeople and contractors on-site.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct site safety checks and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers as required.

What You’ll Need:

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• ACMA Open Cable Registration Licence.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Solar, DC systems, battery backup, and telecommunications power supplies.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication.
