Our client specialises in high-end residential renovation projects across the western suburbs of Perth. Due to ongoing project demand, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee renovation works and coordinate site activities from commencement through to completion.

Renovations Site Supervisor
Monday to Friday, full-time working hours
Perth Based Projects
Fremantle Based Office
$140,000 + superannuation + fuel card

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities and supervising trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high level of quality, typically overseeing 2–3 projects at once. Duties include:

• Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure projects run safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Monitor trade work, conduct quality checks and ensure works meet project specifications
• Manage and update construction programs, schedules and daily site activities
• Maintain site safety compliance including OH&S requirements and SWMS documentation
• Keep site diaries and maintain accurate “as built” documentation
• Coordinate workflow between trades and liaise with the office on project progress
• Assist with project budgets, material tracking and site cost control
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates
• Record key project documentation including variations, EOTs and site delays
• Maintain organised, clean and well-presented worksites in line with company standards

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Proven experience as a Building or Site Supervisor within bespoke residential construction (specifically renovation projects highly advantageous)
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and project timelines
• Sound understanding of construction safety requirements and site compliance
