Your new role

As the Site Manager, you’ll take centre stage in one of Australia’s most significant renewable energy developments. In this pivotal role, you will represent the client on site, lead and motivate project teams, and ensure construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This position is based in regional QLD on a FIFO/DIDO roster (ideally 10/4), offering a balance between project immersion and lifestyle. Comfortable accommodation will be provided during site rotations, ensuring you can focus on what matters, delivering excellence on a mega‑scale project that will shape Australia’s energy landscape.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience in a Site Manager/ Construction Manager role
• 5+ years in Renewable Energy or large infrastructure construction projects
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Full Australian working rights
