About Our Client

Our client is a major Australian contractor providing civil construction, mining, and urban development services, delivering project solutions for resources, utilities, property, and transport sectors, with expertise in open-cut mining, roads, rail, bridges, and site rehabilitation. As part of NRW Holdings Group, they focus on delivering safe, quality, and cost-effective outcomes across diverse environments, from urban areas to remote locations.

About the Role

As a Leading Hand, you will be working on a civil subdivision project. Your duties can include

• Supervising small crew of operators and labourers
• Delegating tasks
• Running toolbox meetings
• Organising materials
• Assisting crew in pipelaying/concreting

Shift Structure

Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm

Requirements

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• White construction card
• RII Machine tickets highly preferred!
• Physically fit as work can be labour intensive
