We have an exciting opportunity for aSenior Corporate Accountantto join our high-performing Corporate Finance team, based at our Subiaco office. This role promises a rewarding and long-term career path within a dynamic and supportive environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll work a Monday-to-Friday (5/2) roster and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the business.

Here’s what awaits you:

• Oversee and manage financial reporting and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review external reporting (Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual, board papers) and manage liaison with auditors.
• Perform month-end procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations, board reporting, share-based payments, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare technical accounting papers and corporate budgets/forecasts.
• Drive financial process improvements and standardisation.

Experience: The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing financial reporting and compliance, providing strategic insights, leading teams, and improving processes.

Qualifications: Formal qualifications in accounting or finance, with proven ability in technical reporting, compliance, and process improvement, are essential.
