Rental Coordinator

About the Company

Our client is a leading supplier of plant and equipment that supplies to the construction industry, with locations throughout Australia. As a result of ongoing growth, they are currently looking for a Rental Coordinator to add to their Forrestdale location.

About the Role

Rental Coordinator Forrestdale Location $130K - 150k + Super (Permanent, Full-Time).

This position will see you mainly responsible for overseeing three main departments, including overseeing logistics, workshop mechanics, and client customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all rental bookings, scheduling equipment, operators, and transport to meet client requirements.
• Liaising with clients to confirm job details, site access, safety requirements, and hire timeframes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hire documentation, job books, rental boards, and fleet movement records.
• Monitoring equipment returns, ensuring timely collection, cleaning and inspection.
• Working closely with the Branch Manager and Maintenance Coordinator to manage fleet availability, servicing schedules, maintenance suppliers, and parts tracking.

Position Requirements

• Previous coordinator experience within the construction industry (heavy equipment, access equipment or crane background highly regarded).
• Strong logistics background with solid customer service skills.
• Driver's License and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
