About the Role

Our team at are seeking an experienced Drill and Blast Supervisor to join the team on a 7D7N7X roster.

You will be responsible for providing support to the drill and blast crews whilst ensuring statutory requirements and provide leadership and direction to support the onsite drilling and blasting function in a timely, professional, and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Drill and Blast process
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Undertake Drill and Blast related project investigations into problematic material blasting results
• Provide staged improvement strategies
• Liaise with Drill and Blast team and contractors to ensure daily, weekly and monthly production and quality conforms to plans
• Implement weekly reporting
• Implement monthly reporting
• Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do
• Provide outstanding service
