Summer Vacation Program

• Commencing on site during December 2026, working through to February 2027
• Placements offered for Geology, Survey or Mining Engineering students in second or third year of study
• Be supported by experienced leaders who share their knowledge and secure your potential future pathway to our Graduate Program.

Your Graduate Experience

Our summer Vacation Program is designed to connect students in the second or third year of their university studies with site-based exposure to the gold mining industry.

You will be able to:

• Assist with daily production tasks selected to build confidence on site and provide meaningful work that is aligned with appropriate tasks for early career development.
• Build strong relationships across geology, mining and processing teams.
• Deliver interesting projects and problem solve directly with teams with accountability and outcomes generated from your growing knowledge and skills.

About You

You are a motivated Undergraduate completing study in either Geology, Mining Engineering or Surveying.

If you're ready to apply your knowledge in a real-world environment and you're driven by discovery, thrive on solving problems, and bring a practical mindset to every challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Ideally, we're seeking for our summer Vacation Program:

• 2nd or 3rd year students from either Geology, Mining Engineering or Surveying at Western Australian universities.
• Any previous vacation work experience in mining or exploration will be advantageous.
• A safe, responsible and positive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative.
• A current WA C Class (manual) driver's licence and eligible for a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
