We’re accepting Expressions of Interest from students eager to join Komatsu’s two-year Graduate Program beginning in 2027. If you’re studying Engineering, Surveying, AI & Data Analytics, Mechatronics or Project Management, we’d love to hear from you!

In addition, we're always on the lookout for talented students eager to gain real-world, practical experience through intern placements. About the Role

What You’ll Experience:

  • Design, curate and maintain precision engineering blueprints.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that are transforming industries.
  • Conduct critical machine and site safety evaluations, including risk assessments.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and data analytics to improve equipment and site performance.
  • Support the optimisation of mining, quarry, and construction operations.
  • Perform insightful market research to help shape future industry trends.
  • Play a key role in the rollout of new technologies and high-impact projects.

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Surveying
