Property Maintenance Officer

About the Role

Breight Group need a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client’s residential property portfolio. This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a 5&2-day roster reporting to the Property Manager. Breight Group will consider flexible working arrangements for up to 40 hours per week for the successful applicant. This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• General yard maintenance of all residential properties
• Lawn mowing and lawn edging
• Landscaping and tree pruning
• Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps and equipment
• Testing and maintenance of pool water
• Undertaking light maintenance duties
• Working to a property maintenance schedule

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
• Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
• Ability to work safely and understand best practice in pool and garden maintenance environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced computer skills, record keeping, ordering and inventory management
• Strong professional presentation
• Australian Working Rights
