We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join a well-established manufacturing business in Kewdale. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

What's on offer:
- Pay Rate: $36.25 per hour + super
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Location: Kewdale
- Opportunity: Temp to permanent
About the role:
Working across multiple areas of the plant, you will be responsible for supporting production, warehouse, and thermal plastic manufacturing operations.
Key duties include:
- Assembling products (e.g. frames and balconies)
- Preparing and packing goods for dispatch
- Labelling and stacking pallets
- Assisting with plant operations and handling raw materials
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Stocktaking and general warehouse support
- Cleaning and maintaining plant, equipment, and work areas
- Manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg bags
- Following all safety procedures and site requirements
What you'll need:
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
- Driver's licence (truck licence advantageous)
- Previous manufacturing or process plant experience (preferred)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Full Australian working rights
