About the Role

Reporting to Manager Rail Network Capacity your duties will include, although not limited to:

  • Provide a high level of support to the Rail Network Capacity and Rail Safety Management Systems teams
  • Assist with calendar management.
  • Provide support to RNC & RSMS Leadership Teams as required (ad-hoc).
  • Coordinate the administration of internal/external team routines and processes.
  • Co-ordination of events and functions including team building days, offsite meetings, and training sessions.
  • Visa & AMEX reconciliations.
  • Assist with site access for team members, contractors, and visitors.
  • Prepare onboarding material and processes for new starters
  • 1SAP reservations, requisitions, and notifications.
  • Flight & accommodation bookings via Workflow & AEGBT portal.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive matters with diplomacy.
  • General administration duties.
  • Create and maintain MS Teams and SharePoint sites

About You

  • Experience in a Site or Perth Administration role
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Able to work autonomously, proactively, and able to meet strict deadlines and targets
  • Ability to support higher level project delivery (from an administrative perspective)
  • Working knowledge with 1SAP (highly desirable)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using the BHP internal systems including SAMS Workflow, SharePoint, JIRA, MS Teams, Flex, EMS and D2 Controlled
  • Documents is highly desirable
  • Experience within an operational environment (desirable)

This role is Perth based on a Monday to Friday roster
