Our client, a well-established business located near Spearwood, is experiencing continued growth and is now seeking a Maintenance Administrator to support their expanding team.

Maintenance / Technical Administrator 
Spearwood Location (+ free parking on site)
$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (pending experience) 
Monday to Friday, fulltime hours

**What will this position entail?**Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist business operations by handling administration, finance, and project support tasks. Duties will include:

• Coordinating and administering small projects in partnership with the Maintenance Manager
• Supporting departmental process improvements, including digitisation initiatives
• Preparing accurate reports on maintenance activities, requests, and hazard management
• Maintaining an organised filing systems (both hard copy and electronic) for all maintenance records
• Providing accounts payable support, including purchase order requests, procurement, invoice processing, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Reconciling credit card statements, collate receipts, and track departmental expenditure against budget
• Managing supplier relationships by maintaining preferred supplier lists and understanding equipment and stock requirements
• Managing contractor compliance and support workforce planning through rostering, staff records, and leave management
• Conducting monthly stocktakes of maintenance and aquatic supplies and equipment

What are the requirements?

• Previous experience in a similar technical services / administrative role
• Attention to detail and competency with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
• Full working rights
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol assessment
