5 Weeks Paid Annual Leave
Take 1 Day Off Per Fortnight     

Our client is a leading distributor of construction equipment that operates on a national scale, with 1000+ employees across the country. As a result of ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Rental Administrator with an accounts or invoicing background to join their team.   

What will this position entail?
This role will see you working predominantly within our client's Rental Department, responsible for the below duties:

• Organising the hiring out of equipment, including liaising with clients to organise the rental process.
• Raising and managing invoices, organising quotes and purchase orders.
• Customer service to ensure enquiries are handled to a high standard and passed onto various teams.
• Updating the internal database with new customers and tracking rental equipment.

• Previous admin / office experience with exposure to accounts and / or invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
