The Dalgaranga Mine is a high‑grade underground gold operation centred on the Never Never and Pepper deposits, with mining conducted by longhole open stoping with paste fill. With a solid 10-year mine life supported by strong exploration momentum and a solid production outlook, Dalgaranga plays a key role in Ramelius’ long-term growth strategy.

About the Role
The Paste Plant Supervisor leads the safe and efficient operation of the surface Paste Fill Plant, ensuring paste is produced to specification and delivered to meet underground fill schedules. The role is involved from construction and commissioning through to steady‑state operations, supervising plant personnel with a strong focus on safety, quality, performance, and cross‑team coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support paste plant construction and commissioning, including testing, procedures, and pre‑start readiness
• Lead a safe transition to steady‑state operations
• Supervise day‑to‑day paste plant operations to meet production targets
• Ensure paste meets approved strength, density, and quality specifications
• Align paste production with underground fill schedules
• Own paste monitoring systems, plant performance, quality, and throughput
• Implement and maintain paste QA/QC, sampling, and records
• Lead and develop paste plant operators and contractors
• Oversee plant inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
• Work closely with Geotechnical, Technical Services, and Mining to improve plant performance

About You
You’re an experienced Process Plant Supervisor with specialist expertise in paste fill production, comfortable leading a critical plant that directly supports underground operations. You work closely with geotechnical, Paste fill crew and mining teams to deliver paste safely, consistently, and to specification, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and plant reliability.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience as a Process Plant Supervisor, with previous paste fill plant exposure
• Practical understanding of paste fill systems, including tailings handling, binder addition, mixing, pumping, and reticulation.
• Strong focus on safety, risk management, and procedural compliance in a high‑risk processing environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining paste QA/QC processes, sampling regimes, and operational records.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Underground Operations, Geotechnical, and Technical Services teams.
• Proven capability leading operators and contractors, building safe work practices and operational discipline.
• Sound troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond effectively to process upsets and changing production demands.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Completion of the Statutory supervisor S26 qualification
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets are essential
• Mobile plant operating tickets and high-risk work licences are highly regarded, particularly Front-End Loader, Forklift, Telehandler, Skid Steer, EWP, Dogging and Rigging.
