Breight Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support the successful delivery of works at Boddington Mine Site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical crews to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Plan and oversee daily site activities, ensuring labour, equipment, and materials are effectively managed.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with site safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members on site.
• Work closely with management to meet project schedules and operational requirements.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all mining regulations and procedures.

About You / Requirements

• Trade background with relevant mechanical qualifications
• Proven leadership and team management experience - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within the mining industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• knowledge of mining safety regulations and procedures
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Construction White Card
• Australian Working Rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
