Civil Supervisor (Multiple opportunities for IMMEDIATE START!) Bulk earthworks projects across W.A!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and supervise daily activities across site services teams
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures
Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources
Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements
Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
About you:
Minimum 2 years Civil Construction supervisory experience
S26 qualification - DMIRS Exam
Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
Demonstrated strong safety focus
Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
