About the Role
SRG Global is seeking an experienced part-time Project Administrator to join our Mt Maunganui office. The successful candidate will report to our Project Manager, and work with a small and friendly team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration assistance and data entry within our project management system Procore.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementing document control, data management, and system processes to ensure record accuracy within our project management system
- Providing general administration assistance including data entry, digital filing, processing timesheets, raising and receipting purchase orders, preparing reports, and assisting with claims
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks like answering phone calls, purchasing office supplies, and general office maintenance
Requirements
- Applicants must currently be living and eligible to work in New Zealand
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fast learner and able to hit the ground running
Desirable
- Experience working within a similar industry
- Procore experience
- A full New Zealand driver’s license
