We are recruiting a Safety, Training and Systems Administrator to support the Carmichael Mine, which is a 10mtpa coal mine located north-west of Clermont in central Queensland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in the Townsville office (Monday to Friday role) with travel to the Carmichael Mine Site as required, the Safety, Training and Systems Administrator provides centralised administrative support across safety, training, and compliance systems to ensure accurate records, controlled documentation, and efficient system processes that support site operations including responsibilities for:
- System Administration
- Reporting and Data Management
- Document Control
- Audit and Compliance Support
- General Administration

Other qualifications and attributes required include:
- Experience in administration, systems, or data coordination
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience in safety or training systems
- Knowledge of compliance or audit processes
