We are recruiting a Contractor and Compliance Administrator for the Carmichael Mine, which is a 10mtpa coal mine located north-west of Clermont in central Queensland.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at the Carmichael Mine, the Contractor and Compliance Administrator Provide administrative ownership of the contractor lifecycle to ensure all contractors are engaged, trained, equipped, and compliant with site requirements, the Contractor Management Plan, and legislative obligations and includes responsibilities for:
- Contractor Administration
- Training and Competencies of Contractors
- Equipment and Compliance
- Systems and Reporting
- Continuous Improvement

Other qualifications and attributes required include:
- Experience in contractor administration, compliance, or similar role
- Strong organisational and system management capability
- Working knowledge of mining environment
- Knowledge of Queensland Coal Mining legislation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Exceptional organisational and analytical capabilities
Desired Attributes:
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience with compliance systems
