We’re currently seeking experienced Large Excavator and Dozer Operators to join a well-established operation where safety and performance go hand in hand.
What you’ll get
Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $62.50, with annual earnings around $189K, plus super paid on every rostered hour. You’ll work a 14/7 roster that gives you consistent time at home, with DIDO travel to Nyngan. Camp accommodation and meals are fully covered, so you can stay focused on the job.
About the role
You’ll be working on large mining equipment, contributing directly to production outcomes in a high-paced environment. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit crew that values reliability, communication, and doing the job properly the first time.

What we’re looking for
You’ll bring demonstrated experience operating 120t+ excavators and D10 dozers in a mining setting, along with a strong commitment to safety standards. A dependable attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a structured roster are essential.
