RCR Mining Technologies, a leading business unit of NRW Holdings, is seeking a Part-Time QA/QC Administrator to join our team at our Welshpool office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to support quality assurance and control processes across our manufacturing projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior QA/QC Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the quality team by ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and well managed. Your work will directly contribute to successful project delivery by maintaining high standards of organisation, traceability, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
QA/QC Administration & Document Control
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the QA/QC team
- Prepare, format, and collate QA/QC documentation including ITPs, inspection records, test reports, and material certificates
- Maintain registers and ensure all documents are current, approved, and correctly filed
- Assist with Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) and quality handover documentation
- Track inspection/test status and follow up outstanding documentation
- Support audits and client inspections by preparing required documentation
- Manage document control processes including issuing, receiving, filing, and tracking revisions
- Set up and maintain project folders, files, and registers
General Administration
- Assist with purchase order administration and basic cost tracking
- Liaise with QA/QC Inspectors, Workshop Supervisors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project records
Safety & Quality
- Contribute to a strong safety culture aligned with our Safe Day Every Day value
- Comply with WHS, Environmental, and Quality Management System requirements
About You
You are a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting teams.
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong data entry and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of office systems and document control processes
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a QA/QC, document control, or project administration role (ideally within mining, engineering, or manufacturing)
