About the Role

SRG Global is seeking an Administration Team Lead to join the team in Subiaco.

The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administration team. This role provides mentoring and leadership of the Northwest Administrators, coordination, and continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Northwest administration team to achieve high performance and professional development
• Manage team schedules including leave coverage
• Assist with preparation of operational reports and data analysis
• Provide client debtor reporting to contract specific management teams
• Promote a positive team culture that supports the SRG Global values and creates strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Provide analytics/reporting support

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (Ideally within mining or shutdown space)
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior team role.
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
• High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.
