The role:

In this position, you’ll play a key role in driving ore extraction and production performance, including:

• Delivering ore control, grade control and geological mapping
• Collecting and managing accurate geological data onsite
• Integrating data into mine planning processes
• Supporting resource definition and exploration targets
• Working closely with mining and technical teams underground
• Ensuring strong safety and compliance standards

About you:

• Degree in Geology (essential)
• 2+ years’ underground mining experience
• Strong understanding of ore control and production geology
• Experience with Surpac or similar 3D mining software
• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Membership with AusIMM or AIG (desirable)
