About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Underground Long Hole Operators to join our team across multiple underground mining operations. These roles offer a range of FIFO rosters and the opportunity to work at well‑established sites with modern equipment and strong safety cultures.

Flights are provided FIFO from any major Australian city, making this opportunity accessible nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate long hole production drilling equipment
• Conduct pre‑start checks, routine maintenance, and fault reporting
• Drill to design and maintain quality standards and production targets
• Follow site‑specific safety procedures, SWPs, and risk assessments
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and underground crews
• Maintain accurate production and safety documentation

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as an Underground Long Hole Operator
• Competency operating long hole drill rigs (Sandvik, Epiroc or similar)
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to work on a FIFO basis across rotating rosters
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Relevant underground long hole drilling experience
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
• Full working rights in Australia
