About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Superintendent to join our dynamic and successful Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this multifaceted role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Leading the site procurement team overseeing the purchasing and warehouse management functions.
• Implementing and maintaining supply policies and procedures that align with corporate requirements and are practical in their application.
• Providing technical guidance to maintenance activities to ensure high standards.
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

Your ability to effectively manage a team, identify improvements, and engage with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

About You / Requirements

We are seeking a professional with:

• A commitment to maintaining a high level of safety performance and positive workplace culture.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• A minimum of five years' experience in procurement and warehouse management within the mining industry.
• A developed understanding of the end-to-end procurement process.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
