The Opportunity
Crushing Services International is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Superintendent on an 8D 6RR FIFO roster from Perth, providing services across various locations in Western Australia.
Your strategic leadership and hands-on approach will drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage supervisors, tradespeople and operators in mobile crushing activities, ensuring safety, productivity and teamwork throughout all operations.
- Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of production schedules, resource allocation and operational priorities across multiple sites.
- Implement and monitor standards of performance, compliance and quality in line with company policies, statutory requirements and industry best practice.
- Drive site safety culture by ensuring robust compliance, conducting audits, and championing incident prevention and risk management.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment optimisation, and operational innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with site stakeholders and support services.
About you
- Extensive experience in a superintendent role or manager within a mobile crushing environment.
- Strong operational, technical and leadership skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing crushing operations, processes and maintenance practices.
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- Team first leadership style driving expectations from the front
- In-depth operational and technical expertise with mobile crushing equipment (e.g., Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), including processes and maintenance practices.
- Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Working at Height and Confined Space Nationally recognised tickets (Desirable).
- National recognised ticket: Conduct wheel loader operations (Desirable).
