About the Role

Redpath's growth in the Norseman region has us seeking experienced Site Administrators, FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster. This role involves dealing with day-to-day administrative tasks as well as monitoring site compliance on behalf of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Administration and Mobilisation Meetings as scheduled
• Facilitate employee mobilisations including PPE ordering, site compliance, clearances and inductions
• Roster creations and data entry in Internal Systems, including employee roster amendments, leave requests
• Fortnightly Payroll submission, and timesheet management

Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience within a similar role - preferably as a site administrator
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to build relationships in a multi-site environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task
• Valid manual drivers licence
• Flexibility to work a FIFO role in future
• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
