Service Technician

About the Role

Protech are looking for experienced Service Persons to perform work with our client, located in the South West of WA on a DIDO 7/7 Roster.

• $54.03 per hour
• 7/7 DIDO Roster
• 12 hr days (DS & NS)
• Super on all hours
• Weekly Pay
• ASAP Start
• Work close to home with a leading miner
• Ongoing role with potential for perm

Key Responsibilities

• Service crew experience on the following machinery (or similar sized):
• CAT 793 Dump Trucks
• CAT 785 Watercarts
• CAT D10, D11 Dozers
• CAT 18, 24 M/H Graders
• Hitachi 2600 & 3600, Cat 6040, 6060 or 6060 Excavators
• Cat 6090 Face Shovels, RH340, 7495 Electric Shovels
• CAT 994 Loaders
• Experience performing basic mechanical work carrying out pit and workshop-based service tasks
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of spare parts

Skills & Experience Required

• Valid Western Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• Australian Work Rights
• Minimum 12 months+ experience in a similar role
• Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Valid & contactable references
• Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
