Recruitment Advisor - Mining Projects (Immediate start)

3-Month Contract | Potential Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a busy team and support high-volume recruitment across mining operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, manage competing priorities, and keep recruitment moving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end hiring, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver quality outcomes across multiple mining-related workstreams.

About the role:

You’ll step into a high-activity recruitment environment, supporting both project-driven and BAU hiring across mining. While agency support will be used from time to time, this role requires someone who can drive outcomes internally, stay across the detail, and maintain momentum across multiple vacancies.
It’s well suited to a recruiter who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable balancing stakeholder management with the administrative side of recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of mining-related roles
• Support high-volume hiring activity in a fast-moving environment
• Partner with agencies while maintaining internal ownership of recruitment outcomes
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Keep recruitment processes organised, compliant, and moving efficiently
• Manage documentation, coordination, and recruitment administration

About you:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within mining, resources, blue-collar, or project-based environments
• Strong capability managing high-volume recruitment
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working with autonomy
• Able to take ownership of issues and drive resolution
• Comfortable with a role that includes both recruitment delivery and administration
• Available to commence within the next 2 weeks
