Join our high-performing recruitment team at Monadelphous as a Recruitment Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting high-volume blue-collar hiring across multiple projects and divisions. In this fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with Recruiters to facilitate smooth and efficient onboarding processes, ensuring we deliver a steady pipeline of quality talent to meet operational needs.

What you will bring

• Proven background in administrative roles with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and systems & processes.
• Having initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals, while maintaining high standards of performance.
• Previous experience in the resource industry would be highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office
