  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to organise goods and services.
  • Coordinate accommodation, travel and expense processes for branch personnel.
  • Arrange training, inductions and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
  • Act as the branch’s first point of contact—supporting internal staff and directing enquiries where needed.
  • Support internal teams by generating and analysing reports to ensure adherence to industry compliance.
  • Champion and live the WesTrac values in everything you do.

  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional and confident.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities with ease
  • Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated a continuous improvement approach.

  • Purchased leave options, flexible work arrangements & RDO opt-in available.
  • Discounts on CAT products, tech, retail and travel.
  • Employee Wellness Program, including mental health support and fitness initiatives.
  • Modern facilities, including onsite parking and a collaborative office environment.
