About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators to join our esteemed clients team across multiple gold mining operations in the Kalgoorlie region. Successful candidates will work on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, rotating day and night shifts, operating haul trucks to transport materials from mining pits to processing areas safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently in a production mining environment
• Transport material from mining pits to designated processing areas
• Follow daily production schedules and site instructions
• Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain equipment to site standards
• Report hazards, incidents, and maintenance issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow operators
• Maintain compliance with all site safety procedures and policies

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience operating dump trucks in a mining environment
• 2+ years gold industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of production mining operations
• Ability to work safely and follow strict site procedures
• Valid Drivers License
